Who receives my question or inquiry?

Questions or inquiries are sent to designated representative in an organization. Once a question has been filed, a notification is sent to an organization’s representative. Employees are informed as to who their questions is being sent to while they are asking it and they will be able to have it redirected if they don’t wish someone to receive it.

Is the service anonymous?

Yes. We encourage those using our service to feel secure when doing so. We offer 3 levels of anonymity.

  • Strictly Anonymous: The employee’s identity will not be known to their organization or to WhistleBlower Security
  • Anonymous From Your Organization: Only WhistleBlower Security will know the employee’s identity and will contact them if requested. The employee’s identity will NOT be shared with their organization
  • Contact Information Provided: The employee has included the details of their identity to their organization as well as WhistleBlower Security

Our system includes statements ensuring the employee’s anonymity will be maintained in the event they choose not to share any contact information. We further ensure that if an employee chooses to remain anonymous, no personal information is shared and no information about their originating telephone or computer is collected or displayed in any form.
